First of all you need to determine one internet domain as main, and any extra internet domain as an alias to the first domain. Then in only one Global Domain document, where "Local primary Internet domain:" field is your main internet domain, and "Alternate Internet domain aliases:" field any extra internet domain.
Right now your server will receive mail for user@domainA as well as user@domainB.
Now you just have to map users to the correct internet domain, in the person document, internet address is the main address for this user. You can also add more internet addresses adding aliases to the "user name" field.
It's important to understand the server will receive mail for both internet domains, and will distribute them to users using details from person document, so if you have only one "John Doe" in the DD, mail send to jdoe@domainA AND jdoe@domainB will be delivered to him. The reply address for each user will be the value in the "internet address" field.

Daniel
